EMAIL MARKETING
When I started working at One With Heart, their email marketing was very bleak. They were only sending newsletter emails to a general list once every few months. They had a handful new clients coming in the door almost every week and they weren't using their email marketing to its fullest potential.
I set up multiple automated email campaigns to help current clients learn more about One With Heart's brand and values and to help keep the retention rate up. Campaigns were strategically made to ensure that every new person that came through the door was properly communicated with and to entice them to stay once their intros or workshops were finished.
